Meet Barbara

Barbara Raymond is a highly experienced social impact leader. Her personal mission is to bring more empathy, mercy, and justice into the world. Barbara has worked in various capacities within the field of social change, including serving in community policing with the Seattle Police Department, leading action research at the RAND Corporation, and as program director at The California Endowment, the state’s largest health foundation.

Barbara has played pivotal roles in major successful social change campaigns including keeping kids in school, police reform, and creating programs to foster resilience and mental well-being.

A keen learner, Barbara’s educational background includes an MA with highest honors in Education & Public Policy from Seattle University and a BA in Government from Pomona College. She also holds certificates in Organizational Change from UCLA Anderson School of Business and in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
